Reservations are accepted for a minimum 3 night stay and are confirmed with a 25% advance deposit.
Deposits may be made by any major credit card, check or cash. Full payments are required 30 days prior to arrival.
All posted rates are subject to change without notice and are subject to 11.5% state and local resort tax.
Cancellation policy: Deposits will be refunded less a $75.00 administration fee per unit, per week, with
sixty (60) days prior written notice. If 60 days or less is given,
refunds will be given only if the unit is
re-rented for the same dates as the original contract.
